Return & Exchange Policy
At PersonaliseWay, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we are here to assist you in the process.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags are still attached. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at simon@personaliseway.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above, including the item being in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
